Does this guarantee my SUTQ rating?
No portal can guarantee a rating — that's determined by DCY reviewers. What StarReady HQ does is make sure your documentation is complete, your deadlines are met, and you walk in fully prepared. The rest is up to your program quality.
I'm already Bronze — do I have to start over?
Not at all. When you set up your StarReady HQ portal you select your current rating and your target rating. The portal activates only the standards you still need to meet. Everything you've already achieved is acknowledged.
What if I'm already rated Silver?
Start on the Gold Mastery plan. StarReady HQ will show you exactly what's required for Gold — ratios, partnerships, family events — and track your progress every step of the way.
Is child data stored in this portal?
No. StarReady HQ does not store child names or personally identifiable information. You track compliance status and upload documentation artifacts. All identifying records stay onsite at your center as required by Ohio law.
What happens if SUTQ standards change?
We monitor Ohio DCY updates and push portal changes automatically. You don't have to track regulatory updates — we do it for you.
